Urschel Laboratories is a 130 acre, 320,000 square foot, world-corporate headquarters located in Chesterton, IN. We were engaged to service site selection, real estate transactions and tax credits/incentives while utilizing our negotiation abilities. We were able to win $29MM in TIF Bonds and State funding for our clients.

Digital Crossroads Data Center Campus is located on the shores of Lake Michigan. This $400MM project on 70 acres required property acquisition, tax increment financing, and direct grant and state income tax credits to develop.

LaPorte County was seeking a qualified project manager to spark economic development with Kingsbury Logistics Park. We partnered with their economic development department to finance the erection of the 2,000 acre infrastructure. The CSX served park with a TIF district classification made this location ready for investment.

When it came time for reuse, the owners of the LBC relied on our extensive experience in municipal finance project management to assist with their $60MM rebuild. Our team leveraged $19MM in TIF funds and turned this old 1MM square foot manufacturing facility into a mixed use space with distribution, light manufacturing, professional, medical and retail capabilities.
